If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please review our policy below: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee or the forfeiture of that session. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, the session will be considered dynamic and non-refundable, or it will count as used for your membership allotment.
